The main objective of starting this portal is to provide online health care service at home to the three armies, veterans, and their family members.

The Defense Minister has launched the portal in the presence of Army Chief General MM Narwane, Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat, and Navy Chief Admiral Karambir Singh, etc., through a virtual medium.

Addressing the virtual launching event, Defense Minister Shri Rajnath Singh assured that the Government of India is constantly monitoring the status of Kovid-19. The government is continuously improving the supply of medical oxygen, medicines, and other essential equipment through a group of ministers and high-level committees.
